Applewood Smoked Turkey Burger with a Honey Dijon Aioli and Gruyere

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp. Wright’s Applewood Smoke Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. minced dehydrated minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ c. San Del sweet cut peppers
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 ½ c. honey dijon aioli
  • 4 oz. baby spinach
  • 10 multigrain Ciabatta rolls

Directions

  1. Place ground turkey in a mixing bowl with Wright’s Applewood Smoke Seasoning, minced onion, parsley, peppers and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Portion into half pound patties.
  3. Grill until fully cooked and top with gruyere cheese, baby spinach, honey Dijon aioli and serve on a multi grain ciabatta.
